Welcome to Anu Yoga Ireland

Come join me for Gentle Flow Yoga classes, a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa, connecting the breath with the movement followed by a guided meditation that promotes a deep state of relaxation.
Yoga provides benefits for calming the mind, strengthening the body and provides sustenance for the soul. Yoga gives you the tools to cope with whatever life throws at you.
With over 20 years of yoga experience, I also have completed my 200 hours of yoga training with Yogahub in 2016 & 30 hours of Yin Yoga Training with Sarah Lo in 2017. I also love to meditate and completed 30 hours of Meditation Training with Ashling Hughes of Rise, Spirit, Soul in 2018. In 2021, I completed the Certificate in Teaching Yoga for the Stages of Menopause with Niamh Daly of Yinstinct Yoga. In 2022, I completed the Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Intensive with Ciara Cronin in the Yoga Room, Ballsbridge, Dublin. In the summer of 2023, I completed the 30-hour Chair Yoga Teacher Training with Claire Osborne, Yoga Elder of Yoga and Movement in Wicklow. I am excited to share my love of yoga & meditation with you.
I believe that yoga is for everyone. My classes are suitable for both beginners and improver's. The key focus is to listen to your own body and find what feels good for you. (And yes, I am a big fan of Yoga with Adriene, perfect for home practice)
